Fees for our Services
- Initial telephone consultations (up to 15 minutes) are free of charge.
- Therapy initial assessment sessions are £210 for 90-minutes.
- Therapy sessions for individuals are £140 for 60-minutes.
- Therapy sessions for couples and families are £210 for 90-minutes.
- Autism or ADHD initial consultation sessions are £300 for 90-minutes. The initial consultation fee is deducted from the full autism or ADHD assessment cost if you proceed.
- Dual/combined autism and ADHD initial consultation sessions are £400 for 2 hours.
- Full assessments of autism are £1950.
- Full assessments of ADHD are £1750.
- Dual/combined autism and ADHD assessments are £2950. The initial consultation fee is deducted from the full dual/combined assessment cost if you proceed.
- Clinical Supervision is £140 per hour.

Private Healthcare Insurers
At Join Psychology, we are able to provide psychological and neurodevelopmental assessments funded by private healthcare insurers. We are registered as a provider with major private health insurers, including AVIVA, AXA PPP, BUPA, Cigna, Healix, Simply Health, Vitality and WPA. Please contact your private health insurer to see if they will fund your assessment and you may need to get an authorisation code before we can begin our work together. We no longer accept insurance funding for psychological therapy.
Additional Fees
- Letters and Reports: Requests for additional reports which are outside of our standard practice may incur a fee.
- Travel Expenses: We may charge for travel expenses if required as part of our work with you.
We will always talk to our clients beforehand if we think there are other fees that need to be charged as part of our work with you, outside of our agreed services.
